hi all
so the sun is shining and everybody is smiling especially at stokefest on sunday.. I will be giving Thai massage at download festival this weekend, relieveing a lot of tired backs that are not used to tents... A top tip if you tend to get lower back issues whether it's in a tent or at home is 'give yourself a hug' when you wake up, bring your knees into your chest wrap your arms around them and draw your knee's as close to your chest as available in your body, do this for a few mins. This stretches the lower back muscles and the nerves that can lead to back pain..
