So back from Download festival.. It really does rock, and KISS are true showmen, I am more and more of the opinion ecstacy/joy are the best things in the world for health.
I came back with a chesty cold however due to flip flops! and lots swings in temperature, Goldenseal and Ecinacia are fantastic for shifting colds without pharmaceuticals..
