Hi all,
I know what makes a blog work.. pictures!!! TV culture demands instant stimulation.. maybe. Part the reason no pics is not worked out how to put them on yet and partly due to fact have no TV and no camera. I am a great yoga teacher though, steeped in the stuff I read, my personal practice and all the lessons from great teachers like Clive Sheriden and Sarah Powers. I am between the last 2 festivals of the yr, this is the 1st time I can say I'm glad it's over! despite the fact some great highs the weather has really made the going tough. Well done to all the Bestival crowd who were great in wind rain and mud.
