Hi All,
So the rain comes down each afternoon at this time of yr here in Cosa Rica, so up early for the most beautiful part of the day! Walking up the silent beach, to the tree that gives me shade..

I jog shake and stretch, sometimes vulnerable and feeling alone and sometimes wide awake.

There are less and less people here as the rains start and wet/green season starts, a few sturdy surfers keep turning up, and I look at my resistence to get on the board.. and ride the waves (had a lesson)..

I am hopeing to go CA soon to work for a month or two.

Hola Amigos,
I am now living and working in Dominical in Costa Rica.

I love that i now practice Yoga on the beach and wave at the leaves that seeem to wave at me from the jungle, it is all so new and exciting. A really big life change.

I gave it all up from here and it was sooo simple, had I tried from my living room in the UK I would never have though it possible. It is.

Wow it is hot, life is beautiful, sooo much so still no pictures taken of life here because to busy being it I guess. Will be annoyed with myself however if I don´t do it before I leave Dominical.

I just moved from tent living to a tiny house on sesemy street..

Teaching classes in sofiahs beautiful space by the river and gaining lots of fantastic variations to open the heart as breath into the asana.

May we all florish n thrive n laugh a lot..

Yoga is an amazing way to open up those tight shoulders and warm those cold muscles after a day in the cold. I had a laugh at Headlights on holloway rd. Its an fabulous hairdresses on holloway, truely individual and quirky.
