While there I decided it was time for an adventure and plan to go to mexico for 6-10 wks in jan-feb, while I am away I'd like to rent out my studio flat in n5 at a very resonable rent, So anyone who has found this blog who would like to sublet or has a friend who might let me know.

Please do leave questions, comments, feedback on site etc I'd like somethink to interact with. and I promice at some stage to learn a few more computor skills so can add pics vids to give you all more visuals on what I do/be.
I guess as a reader it isn't essential to me to have visuals though I am a 'junkie' for a good movie metaphor in visuals. Resently watched a beautiful Sigor Ros vid where the children FLY of a cliff.
Yoga for me is fundamentally a tool for freedom.. Meditation the key to un- programming yourself and creating more freedom.
