So as the air gets heavier.. and moods too could I recommend a little menthal burned on charcoal to clear the air and your heads
The heat actually help you go deeper into yr yoga practice as the muscles are warmer and more willing to lengthen and open

hi all
Wishing great health to all, had a change from yoga this weekend, did a sweat lodge and Chi Gong.. fairly isomorfic with yoga and for those who feel you have to be flexible to do yoga a great option.... sweeting and useing the ritual of sweat lodge prayers to give intentions to life and drop old concepts were familier to me when remember yoga has it's roots in transformationom om om julie

hello all
Back in london after a fun Big Chill.. Come home with a bite on the eyelid which has swollen, a common responce for me, guess allergic. Treating it with Apis a homeopathic treatment and propolis a natural anti-biotic, soooo much healthier than anti- hystamin and anti- biotics, so that my top tip for these little summer stingers..
